Great appartement, with a nice batch en spacious room. The host is very friendly and the breakfast is great as well! We liked that Leirvik is quite central, so its easy to visit several places in the Faeroe Islands from there.

This is trully a fantastic place to stay! The views can’t be compared to anything else. The house itself was really clean and well equipped. The host is very responsive and kind. Be aware that the island is pretty isolated, there are for example no regular shops, so don’t forget to get groceries in advance. I also recommend booking ferry both ways to be sure, there’s enough space for your car.

We had a wonderful experience staying in these apartments. They are conveniently located for traveling around the western and northern parts of the Faroe Islands. Everything, especially the peaceful location on the marina, and large open living spaces - perfect for travel with family. If you have a car and enjoy being away from busy hubs this place is perfect. It is centrally located amongst the islands with easy access to all the sights. A bonus is the supermarket, liquor store and petrol station nearby.

The location is perfect, especially for stays outside of the season like ours, because you basically live inside of the beautiful tourist attraction. The cottage is amazing, has everything you need for family holiday. Very well kept and clean. I hope to come back one day!
