Very friendly welcome by Steve. Very clean, comfortable and quiet room with lovely view out front. Excellent full English breakfast. And: Steve even asked us witch music (from his vinyl collection) we would like to accompany our breakfast 😃.

The white cottage is in a typically English village and is stunning Steve and Donna so obviously care about their business and it is a great place to stay. The village has a local shop and a great pub. We would stay again if we find ourselves in the area again. 10 out of 10.

What an unexpected surprise! Not going to lie, the lack of other available options along the Jurassic Coast took us on an hour detour to Colyton - and so happy it did! Everything is literally brand new and meticulously decorated. Genuine and warm hospitality, led by the incredible manager Sarah!

Everything you could possibly need was available. It was tastefully furnished. Beds really comfortable. Loads of room. There was access to a garden if you’re travelling with children. Toys and board games were in the property as well. I would highly recommend this accommodation and if I travel in this area again I will definitely stay here.

The family working at the farm were so friendly and gave my children and excellent experience helping to feed the calfs and watch the cows being milked. Our caravan was cosy and made a very pleasant stay.

Set on a working farm it was lovely to wake up to the sights and sounds of geese and cows. We also enjoyed the tv and dvds on wet weather days and the location is perfect for exploring the small coastal towns around.

    Beautiful cottage, very clean, kitchen fully equip, beds comfortable and the location is amazing. Tucked away, but still short drive to the village and to beautiful locations. We visited Beer Cave, Beer coastal walk to Seaton and back, Lyme Regis 17 min drive away.

    Great location, very clean. Sharon and Colin are very friendly, helpful and perfect hosts. The breakfast cooked by Colin each day was exceptional- he clearly takes great care & love with everything he puts on the plate. The ‘single’ room is quite small but with double bed and just enough room on the table for my laptop I was quite comfortable and able to work. Internet was reliable enough for this. All in all excellent value for money and I won’t hesitate to stay again if I’m in Devon (hopefully in autumn!). Thank you both!

    very spacious single room - very clean and excellent facilities. super location - easy to walk to the shops and pubs in Colyton and quick drive to Seaton. Staff very friendly and extremely accommodating ( I had an interview and they provided breakfast earlier than the stated times). Easy to find and ample parking. Great value all round- would definitely stay again.
