    Great location, very clean and well maintained, the staff we interacted with were very welcoming , greeted us and checked we were ok and happy. Just overall an affordable, lovely place to stay . Ideal location for our plans and I’m sure if we’d tried the food etc. would not have disappointed, our situation unfortunately did not permit.

    Excellent location close to town and the docks. Huge rooms that were spotless and very well equipped with the normal tea/coffee, towels etc but also dressing gowns. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We got an extremely good deal on this room as it would have been way above our budget otherwise. This was a perfect place to stay in Liverpool. Many thanks to the hotel for making the room available at the price it was making it affordable for us to stay.

    It was in a good location, centre of the city, it was clean, the staff were polite and helpful, always someone on the desk, the rooms are clean, warm with tea/coffee facilities, good if you're on a budget as it's quite cheap/affordable
