    We just love this hotel. Brilliant location, Barbican and Sutton Harbour an easy walk. Staff brilliant and rooms spotless. Breakfast is 5* and parking is so easy. Daughter at university so an ideal place to stay.

    Very clean and comfortable with all the basic facilities needed including tea, coffee and fresh milk. Lovely bathroom and shower. Bonus of having a small sunny patio area to sit outside and enjoy the view. Location is ideal being a 5 minute walk to frequent bus services. Host Lee and his Mum were very warm and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.
