The sunset view from the terrace is terrific. Red wine from the house was the best one we tried in Georgia. The hotel is really nicely decorated, the rooms were spacious and it was very convenient to have two connected rooms. The restaurant food was good, there was enough choice of different dishes for our 2 day stay. The staff were very nice. They arranged a transfer from Tbilisi with a child seat and the driver was very nice, we asked him to drive us throughout our stay in Georgia. There is a kids room in the cellar.

Comfortable, clean room. Lobby is large and is a super place to relax and read in the evenings. The hotel is in a great location in the old town and very close to the excellent Kapiloni restaurant. Sosa owns the hotel and is helpful and friendly.

This a wonderful genuine boutique hotel, the owners have created a terrific ambiance throughout. We booked a deluxe suite and it was a fabulous room. (Unfortunately it was very misty during our stay so there was no mountain view). The attention to detail was excellent, large bed and very comfortable. Very large bathroom with a bath and shower. The reception staff were first class. Our room was not ready on arrival but they provided tea/coffee and nice nibbles. Breakfast was a good spread. In summary, although there were a few issues with dinner this is still a great hotel and we would have no hesitation in returning again or recommending to family and friends.

The guestlady was extremely nice, even if she was not there on my first day, she made sure I had everything I needed. She helped me find a driver to get me around the Kakheti region for some wine tastings, and also made me breakfast and left me some wine in the evening. The guesthouse is just amazing, so rich in history, quite spacious and with a great terrace.

Big thanks to the Front Office team at the hotel! They went above and beyond by upgrading us to an executive suite and providing local sweet treats with wine. Despite full occupancy, they even managed to accommodate our room change request. Outstanding hospitality and a warm welcome from Front Office manager Giorgi and his team, especially Sopo and the others. I'm absolutely delighted with my first stay at a Holiday Inn - such a memorable experience!
