Eleni created us with such enthusiasm and offered us wine or icecream at check in. A young man greeted us in the carpark to take our luggage. The room was lovely and spacious with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was elaborate with several choices both hot and cold food. A wonderful experience.

The hotel is run by a local business and everything is done with love! I highly recommend this place — it's not far from Borjomi and located in a quiet village. Breakfast was fabulous, featuring delicious local Georgian dishes. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. We were a group of five — three adults and two kids — and everyone loved the hotel!

The villa is spotless, nice and cozy. It is a two-floor villa (with 2 master rooms with balconies), and it has a European kitchen with all the tools to cook. The most important point is that the bathroom has a water bidet. My family had a great time as there is a playground area in the backyard suitable for kids. Moreover, we enjoyed the cold weather and had a chance to see snowfall. I recommend everyone to visit Bakuriani and book Star villa as the owner is really friendly.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the owner herself. It’s rare to find a hotel where the owners are so hands-on, and it made our experience so much more special. The hotel exudes a cozy, homey charm, and very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The views from the balcony were breathtaking, and the ambiance was peaceful, ideal for a relaxing getaway. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Bakuriani, with easy access to the ski slopes and local attractions. Highly recommended!!!

Borjomi is one of our favourite Georgian towns and Alex's place is perfect to explore it. With all the local knowledge of what to see and where to eat, Alex and his family are invaluable source of information (not only about town but virtually about anywhere in Georgia). The rooms are nice and cosy and we noticed that we had the best sleep there in ages. All the facilities are present, we didn't feel like missing anything.
