A magical stay in a stunning place. Perfect view. Access to the sea through two different paths – not very convenient, but worth it. Entry into the water is from a rocky bay. Carmela is a wonderful host and takes care of everything. We enjoyed three wonderful nights.

The ample size of the room which had a kitchenette fully furnished, Small dining table and terrace with stunning wisteria and mountain views. The quiteness at night, the size of the bed, blinds in the windows, fridge, small coach and rest area inside the room. Ififenia's friendliness (and her mum"s) with helpful tips. Olive oil as a courtesy for breakfast. We"d definitely come back if we visited Peloponeso again.

This modern well -kitted apartment was a surprise and a delight.Great bed as well as really good sleeper couches in lounge.Fabulous to have a walk in shower in Greece! More spacious than we expected with many unexpected touches.Mary was so helpful and the added bonus was having their restaurant downstairs. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stone villa, built in the characteristic Maniotic architecture style. Very spacious, clean and well-equipped, with two full-size bathrooms. Could easily host 6 people (although we're only 3), good value for money. The complex has two small pools, both clean and with great sea view. Excellent location next to Pantazi beach (15 min walk) and Agios Nikolaos village (5 min by car, possibility for a longer walk too).

I liked everything about this apartment hotel: location, exceptionally nice and attentive host, garden, views, atmosphere, the whole setting! This place just invites you to stay outside as you can hang out at your own terrace, wander in the magnificent garden or go down to the rocks for sunbathing and swimming. I will definitely go back to this place next year!

    It was very clean and beautifully furnished. Everything was there and a large selection of food and drink on arrival. Cleaner everyday and a change of linen in the week. Beds were very comfortable and toiletries were provided. The pool area was lovely and kept very clean.

    We loved our stay here. The house was so perfect for three of us. Katerina met us on arrival with food and was so welcoming. The house was spotless clean. One bathroom and two toilets plus an outdoor shower. Such an easy place to stay in. Lots of outdoor areas to sit and entertain in to maximise the outdoors. A short 5 min drive to the beach. The sounds of birds and cicadas is the only noises you’ll hear. Just loved it You won’t regret staying here

    Lovely quiet location above Stoupa. Two verandas to watch the Sun go down from. Kitchen well equipped. Especially enjoyed the electric briki.

    People there are very friendly and great. Room was very clean and tidy. There were 3 bottles of water waiting for us. All equipment working with no issue. Mr Nikos brought us a gift prior to our departure.

    everything was perfect . location was great . place was best place i stayed in. owners were so helpful and kind . welcome box etc . supermarket 2 mins walk . beach 5 mins walk . lovely pool . also had a terrace and lovely outside space
