The stay was incredible. The staff was very helpful, they all went out of their way to make our stay perfect. We had no problem during our stay in the hotel. The rooms were very clean, as well as common areas of the hotel. The location is great, the area is very quiet, but it's close to the city centre, the beach is across the street, a lot of great waterfront restaurants are nearby. The breakfast in the hotel was great, the food was diverse, fresh and very tasty. The staff helped us with everything, arranged a lot of things for us, we didn't worry about anything there. In general, the experience in this hotel was amazing, we were very pleased with staff, and it definitely exceeded our expectations.

The hotel is located in a Venetian house (probably 500 years old) in the heart of the old town. Recently renovated to a very high standard, it combines modern amenities with old, beautiful walls. Despite its central location, the square by the mosque turned out to be quiet at night. Very polite staff. Highly recommended.
 Driving into the narrow streets of the old town is, of course, impossible, so parking is available at a nearby city parking lot by the large square. A few minutes' walk is not an issue. Parking is covered by the hotel. We received precise instructions. Around 5 PM, we parked without any problems, but in the morning, we saw a long line of cars trying to get in. I think they could have waited up to an hour.

I work in the hospitality and luxury industry and I was really surprised to find this kind of hospitality and this quality of service in your place. I appreciate all the detals founded in your room, it’s very personnalized. (Until the embroidery on the sheets, and towels) and thanks for the equipments and the good bedding!!     Everything was perfect. The checking was really easy, the location is ideal, in the centre yet still really calm. The breakfast and rooftop were super nice. The room is decorated with a lot of taste and is very clean. I would like to add that the staff was so nice, it made our stay extremely pleasant. Cherry on top for the spa bath on our balcony.

    Excellent location. The apartment is very quiet and a great place to sleep. Excellent facilities - there is everything including laundry tablets. Very clean, inexpensive parking nearby and great local restaurants. Great contact with the owner. He is a very positive and helpful person. I highly recommend!

    The location was ideal. Close to the old town Rethymno for fantastic atmosphere and restaurants, close to the Fort and Harbour - and yet very quiet at night. I slept so well in a very comfortable bed with good quality linen and pillows. Andreas was always available at reception to answer questions and help with taxi contacts. My own balcony was a bonus where I could enjoy the afternoon sun. Good shower with hot water. Very clean. Having a kitchen with fridge was fantastic with supermarket only 3 minutes walk away. I plan to return soon!
