Noemia studios is situated in the heart of the old town of Skiathos, a short walk down ancient cobbled streets to the old port. The apartments are newly renovated and tastefully decorated with a little balcony with a view of the old port; on the second floor there is a communal balcony with tables and chairs with a stunning view of the port and from which you can watch the boats come and go. The bathroom is modern with a beautiful walk in shower. The hostess and owner Georgia is incredible and went the extra mile from meeting us to guide us to the apartment and then to show us where we could park our car. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and even drove with one of our party to the airport so that he could drop our car! Hospitality at its finest! Booking restaurants, calling taxis, just nothing was too much trouble; We wish you so much success with your venture Georgia and will definitely stay with you again next time around. Probably the best location, value for money and most modern accommodation we had during our stay.

My daughter and I appreciated a comfortable bed and the welcome snacks and water after a long day! The host was really nice and offered to drive us to the Airport for €10 instead of taxi.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in Skiathos! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful — she welcomed us with fresh fruit, wine, and a delicious homemade banana bread! The room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and smelled amazing. The location is perfect, right in the center of town, close to restaurants and the port. The staff was amazing and did all in their power to feel at home. The restaurant is amazing, especially for the dinner. Rooms are big and cleaned everyday, the jacuzzi and the pool very clean. Hotel very close to bus line that takes you to all the beaches on the island. I would return tomorrow!

Very clean, grounds well set out. Very well designed. Nice big shower. Little kitchenette. Bottle of wine fm the owner. Family very pleasant. Everything you wanted or needed was there. On the day we left our ferry wasn't till the evening but owner let us leave our bags there and even brought them down to the port for us later in the day. Highly Recommend and wished we stayed longer.

Nice view, modern furniture and equipment, there was everything you may need from the iron to wine opener. There was always someone at the reception ready to fulfill our needs and especially lady Eleni was really nice. She ket us for early check-in and we could also stay by the pool after check-out. We would definitely come back.

Sometimes, simplicity and authenticity are more luxurious than luxury. I stayed only one night in this sweet & charming hotel, and I absolutely loved everything about it. Breathtaking views, spacious and very clean and inviting rooms, beautiful pool, superb breakfast and ideal location. Most of all and above all, the intimate group of staff / managers, young guys who put all their hearts in their warm hospitality. Bravo!

Great location, great staff. Higlights of our stay: The room was clean everyday and had the most comfortable matress and pillows. Most friendly, attentive and helpful staff ever.     Considering it is fairly cheap it’s pretty good value. The pools bigger than it looks in the pictures and you can have it to yourself in peak season it’s certainly not busy.

    The lady at reception was lovely and friendly. We loved the location as it's a quiet less touristy beach. The apartment has a hob and fridge so we could cook which was a plus. There was space outside the apartment to eat under an olive tree with a sea view.

    Location was perfect for us, close to the beach, size of the apartment was great for our family. Loved the bedrooms were on a different level from the living area. Staff were fantastic and super attentive. Loved the underpass to the beach, pool was a great size and ideal we had our own. Beds were comfy. Aircon was super efficient.

    Special mention to Kostas, his brother, his nephew and the rest of the team. They make you feel at home. Very heart welcoming team. The hotel has an ideal location if you are looking for relax. Quiet atmosphere and surroundings. We had a room with very nice views to the sea and beds were very comfortable! Good wifi. But let me express again our gratitude to the staff.

    we had an amazing holiday at Golden king villas. The villa was spotless and the location was perfect. we were picked up at the airport which was great and the host was so friendly and helpful. The maids were lovely, always happy and kept everything gleaming and we had fresh towels daily. The beach was easily accessible through the underpass and the water taxi was great to ferry us back and forth to town. The town was amazing with loads of shops, bars and restaurants. we will definitely be back.
