Very welcoming staff. Recently renovated hotel, small and personal which was nice. Nice breakfast. Rooms at the back wil be quieter that teh rooms at the front due to the road outside. Plenty of parking. 20 min walk to old town, safe.

We got a bigger room for the same price (for new year’s eve) with a view on square in old town. Beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. Every stuff had its own purpose. Breakfast was delicious with many options.

The staff is absolutely lovely (special mention to the property manager ☺️). The hotel is new and very nice. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. The pool area is great for relaxing and refreshing. Everything is pristine clean. The hotel is walking distance from a really nice marina with some shops and restaurants, and the beach is not far from there. We had overall a really lovely stay.

We truly enjoyed our four-day stay at this place. The room looked exactly like the photos — I fell in love with it the moment I saw it on Booking. It's beautifully decorated in a minimalistic style, yet has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the exposed stone wall and the abundance of windows, including a small balcony that added a charming touch. Special mention goes to the bed — it was super comfy, and I slept so well! The location is great: right next to the beach, just a 6-minute walk from the bus station, and around 10-12 minutes from the city center. Anita is an amazing host — incredibly helpful and responsive. She even left us some beverages as a welcome gesture. One evening, we got stuck in Omiš and I messaged her quite late asking for advice on how to get back to Split — she replied immediately with helpful directions. We had an absolutely positive experience. It felt like a stroke of luck to find such a lovely place and a wonderful host. It definitely made a great first impression of Croatia!

The location of the apartment is very good. Walk distance cca. 10 min to the city center. Neighborhood is alive with content like city market, shops, parking and playground around building where the apartment is located. I really like that self check in so that was very smooth and perfect. Host is very kind, deliver very good intro informations and then stay available for help and answers on all your questions very fast. The apartment itself is on like raised ground floor so you have few steps but you will mostly keep curtains on windows for privacy. Inside, apartment is very good designed and equipped with everything you need for a touristic stay. Looks like on pictures. Floor is like poured concrete or epoxy so it is very cold, if you practice taking off the shoes and are visiting Split in november like we, keep that in mind, and bring slippers.

    The modern apartment was spotless clean and neatly arranged, equipped with absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The host was extremely helpful, responsive and provided clear check-in instructions. This made our arrival and stay incredibly smooth and stress-free. The location is ideal. It's away from the really busy streets, ensuring a peaceful environment, yet it's still close to the Old Town.

    Great appartement. Impeccable. Even better than the picture. Well located, very clean and the owner is reachable easily and makes sure you have a wonderful stay. The appartement is also very private and have a intimate terrace, great for a couple. The walking distance for important locations in Split is ideal, we did not need for a taxi at all.

Even transportation to Split was quite cheap and effortless. The apartment was very clean and the AC in every room really elevated the experience. Can't honestly complain about anything.
