The Deluxe Room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless – everything felt new and carefully designed. What I loved most is the location: you step outside and you’re already in the center, with the Pjaca, Dioklecian Palace, Riva, and all the cafés and restaurants just around the corner. And the rooftop terrace… absolutely unforgettable. Having coffee above the rooftops in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset made my trip special. You don’t just stay here – you experience Split in the best possible way.

Beautiful apartment, very cozy and extremely clean. Hot tub was amazing, warm even when it's cold outside and was even bigger than on the pictures. Host is very helpful and always quick to answer any questions. Bakery & supermarket close by (1 minute of walk)

LOCATION: honestly the location was amazing, we were right next to the Dioklecijanova Palaca (Diocletian's Palace) markets, pier (for boat tours). It was perfect. CLEANLINESS: the apartment was clean and tidy. For me that was very important. EXTRAS: A bottle of red wine was awaiting us on our arrival and some sweets for the girls. There was milk in the fridge. Tea and coffee in the cupboard. While there was no coffee machine, there is a small coffee shop on the corner to the right, when leaving the apartment. We ate out most of the time. HOST: I never met the host, but we communicated regularly through booking.com (and I messaged a lot). They were extremely helpful. Informed me about the weather. Allowed my family and I to leave our suitcases in the apartment on the day of our arrival, even before it had been cleaned. Kindly let us stay a little later on the day that we were due to leave. All in all I couldn't fault them. APARTMENT: sleeps 5 people comfortably. Bedroom one has a double bed and a single bed. Bedroom two has two single beds. One bathroom with a toilet. The kitchen is cute with its yellow accessories and a table that seats six people. The living room has two single lounge chairs. For us it was fine, as the girls comfortably sat on their beds. All in all I would stay there again and I would definitely recommend this accommodation. It is a gem.
