The owner - Lovely Lady greeting you in every step .. I loved her homemade jam and the place is a wow.. surely coming back. The place will be good for a couple or small family as the extra bed is small - I was travelling alone no issues for me - just putting it for helping others to decide.. but really the place is great

We had a wonderful time at Casa Ruffino, the stay exceeded our expectations. The design is beautiful, thoughtful, and very comfortable. The wines were a real highlight , elegant and full of character. But what truly made it special was the warm hospitality from everyone from the director to the reception, hosts, and restaurant staff. Rooms were beautiful and immaculate, beautifully designed. The hotel itself was beautiful and with perfect Tuscany charm. Enjoying river view at every breakfast and sunset at dinner are perfect ways to start the day and wind down after a day of touring. Breakfast was good and the hotel prepared fresh fruit juices every morning and brought them to the table specifically for the guests (unlike some where fruit juices were just produced in bulk and placed on buffet bar table). Staff were attentive and joyful - happy staff happy place! Prior to our arrival we requested the hotel to make a few restaurant reservations and we were presented with a professionally prepared typed up letter with details of all the reservations. These are the little details that differentiate a true five star hotel from a mediocre one. We loved the place so much and it's by far one of the best 5 stars hotel we've stayed at.

The most perfect place to stay in Florence! The owner is a very, very friendly person who gave us detailed instructions to explore Florence.
