The accommodation was in the perfect area to visit all the tourist attractions as well as the benefit of returning to your room for a quick relax. The room had a view of the duomo and the church bell that rang on the hour. The staff were very reliable and helpful and always welcoming whenever you approached them.

Everything! The house was even more beautiful than I expected cozy, clean, and perfectly located. It felt like a little hidden gem. The view was lovely, and the atmosphere was so peaceful. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We only stayed one night, but it was such a memorable and special little getaway!

This apartment has certainly exceeded our expectations. It is a typical modern Italian style home, tidy, spacious, beautiful, very well maintained and sweetly decorated, we even had a Christmas tree 🎄 The owners were welcoming us as if we were friends, we got so much useful information and help, and even breakfast and extra food was there in case we wanted to eat at home. The furniture is all in great shape and the kitchen seems to be all new, coffee machine and dishwasher included. The location is easily reachable by foot from the train station if you are not afraid of a 10min walk, on the way there are shops and restaurants (we ate 2x at da Dina which was delicious). I totally recommend staying at casa Palmira if you want to visit old Town Orvieto, since it is also so much fun to go with the kind of cable car uphill.

This was one of the best places we have stayed on our extended trip around Europe. Everything perfect. Close to Duomo and restaurants. Easy to get to from the railway station using funicular. And very well equipped and quiet. Alessandro was very helpful too.

Right in the heart of city. The staff is basically a family who owns the place. They are warm & charming people who really make you feel home. The room was comfortable & had all basics. The location of Industrial Chic House is perfect - on a quiet side street right in the center of beautiful Orvieto. We came by car and we’re guided very nicely all the way to the property. This place is very nicely decorated - cool style! And our room was great. The sense for details was very clear - every little item was specifically selected with great taste. My wife and I lived staying here and will definitely come back again.

Wonderful holiday home, with excellent facilities and a view to die for! Very comfortable and immaculately clean accommodation. Our hosts Tiziana and Sergio could not have been more welcoming and were on hand as needed with suggestions for local amenities and services. I cannot wait to come back to Lubriano and to stay again at Le Calanque La Terrazza Su Civita.

This was my best stay in Orvieto! I felt at home, very welcome. The location is unique in the very heart of Orvieto. It was great to be able to reach the place by car and park on site! The apartment and the room are very nice and designed & complete for all needs.

    The location was superb only 100m or so from the Cammino Dei Boghi Silenti path. Tranquil and scenic. The hosts could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Everything was excellent. Next time we are in Umbria we will be sure to stay here.
