Maria and her team were amazing hosts. We were a big group (this was a family get-together) and they were always willing to help in any way they could - they definitely went the extra mile to accommodate our many varied requests, and always with a smile! The rooms are spacious and clean and breakfast is delicious and plentiful!! A perfect way to start the day. La Bussola is a couple of kms away from the beach but they willingly transported us back and forth as needed. We would definitely return! Thank you Maria and team for an absolutely wonderful stay!

First of all we are very economical with regard to top ratings and we have rarely rated an accomodation "exceptional " but this property deserves this rating without reservation. The ultra modern accomodation is architecturally designed and very tastefully furnished. The property is gated and it has secure parking. Currently they have only four rooms, three if them having sea views, but a pool and eight more rooms are planned for next year. Beautiful beaches are just a stone's throw away. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous and left nothing to be desired. Staff was very warm-hearted and helpful. Many thanks to Teresa and Massimo for a very pleasant stay that could not be surpassed.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the villa in Capo Vaticano! The property is not only beautiful but also incredibly comfortable, with excellent facilities that made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, with just a short drive, you can reach an amazing beaches that we thoroughly enjoyed. What truly made our experience exceptional, though, were the hosts. They are such lovely, attentive people who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home, and we genuinely appreciated all the little touches that made our stay special. Thanks Teresa! We can't wait to return one day, and we highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Capo Vaticano. It’s a true gem!

The appartamenti was very nice and clean. We lived in the 2. floor, the wiew on the see was beautifull. Mrs. Maria und Mr. Antonio are very very kindly, everything was perfect. We had very nice holiday. We have a little problem with the language, because we can´t speak italian.

Still under the impressions of an incredible vacation. Villa Grazia is in a great location. It offers everything needed for a carefree holiday. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, with a large terrace and a view of the sea and Stromboli. The Villa also offers a pool, bar, gym, and reading corner.
