Near the sea but in a quieter part of town. Very clean, everything you need is in the apartment (cooking utensils, cleaning products, etc.) There was even welcome pack for my dog. The staff is very accommodating and nice. Wifi 10/10 (used for work).

Great location with large clean rooms. very short walking distance to beach, amazing coffee and outstanding restaurants. Emanuela and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. We were there for an Ironman race and they really looked after us for bringing in bikes. Fold out sofa beds were huge and comfortable. Cleanliness was impeccable. The old town is cute amd Cervia (10 minutes away) is stunning with its old cobbled streets and waterways. The beach is wide sand and protected so was a pleasure to swim in. Water temp was low 20s. We are already planning our return trip!

    Very clean and modern. Fantastic location a short stroll from the beach. Wonderful staff and owners who were always on hand to assist. Property has communal laundry facilities and a coffee machine. The small kitchen in the room was good enough to prepare breakfast. Rooms were cleaned regularly. Altogether a very chilled vibe in a relaxed neighbourhood with enough restaurants around to choose from. The beach cafe connected to the property offers great lunches and has a really relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

    The rooms where very clean. The claning staff was very serviceminded and friendly. We arrived quite late and the night portiere was very serviceminded and appologised for the misstake that we got a room without balcony, even thogh I booked a room with balcony. The location was great and the room that we got the second night had a good view and a very nice bathroom. The minibar with free juice was good. The bed was big and comfortable (quite hard).
