I arrived to a guesthouse, but left as family. My stay was not only very comfortable and pleasant, I also felt a lot of genuine warmth from the owners, taking care of me every step of the way. The house is beautiful, with Japanese artwork and spirit throughout. I'd suggest staying for a few days to be able to get to know the owners, their friends and also other guests - it'll be worth it. I'll definitely be back.

It was a nice hotel for the price, they offered to make up the room everyday and if you put a do not disturb sign, they would still provide you with a change of towels and trash bags. Check in was quick and the staff were very helpful. The sento was normal.

One of the best hotel buffet breakfasts I have had in a long time - even had Kiritanpo and other local dishes. Our room was much larger than expected, clean, modern. Comfy bed, bath & shower.
