Very cozy and welcoming atmosphere, walkable locations to 24 hour food and a Lawsons, guides were provided for the Kumamoto Revival Project and the staff made you feel at home. Not to mention I needed to make a last minute schedule change to my booking and they were more than happy to accommodate me. Perfect Stay!

This worked out great for our family (2 adults, 3 kids ages 10, 7, 6). It is very close to Kumamoto Zoo and not far from castle. It is on the 4th floor so keep that in mind if you have any mobility limitations. There is a parking spot, we had a Mitsubishi Delica van, which worked out ok but was a little long for the space. If you have a longer van it might overhang into the sidewalk too much. Very nice outdoor porch and cool view of the streetcar line below. We were a little sad to only spend 1 night, maybe next time we can stay longer!

Our family stayed here for 3 nights, apartment was clean and cosy. The hosts were sincere and responded very quickly when we needed help. Before we arrived, they helped us setup the futons on the tatami for our kids. The parking lot is also convenient, just by the entrance of the building. Just a little drawback, the elevator is up a flight of stairs, so the luggages need to be hauled up for a bit. Overall it was a pleasant stay, I would come back again!
