The host was incredibly hospitable, and I had a very comfortable stay. Dinner, personally prepared by the host with organic ingredients, was delicious. The coffee was excellent, and the plum jam was truly exceptional. It was a warm, heartfelt meal and a wonderful overall experience.”

Amazing food including breakfast and dinner. The value should really include both meals, as they are michelin star value meals. The public bath is amazing, not too crowded and the staff are just AMAZING. I would go back every year if I could.

we love staying at this hotel! Spacious room! it’s very comfortable and clean! it provides wonderful buffet breakfast and dinner ! staffs were so friendly and helpful! They carried your luggage up to your room . Our room has a traditional tatami living room ! Great onset choices ! we really enjoyed staying here ! Definitely recommend it !

Incredible staff who took care of every detail. The location is gorgeous and very close to Mt. Aso and several other natural attractions—perfect for nature lovers. We booked the private onsen several times and really enjoyed it. The breakfast and dinner had a variety of choices we enjoyed. The hotel even let us use purchase our yukata. Great experience!!!
