Fantastic staff, they were top quality, very friendly, helpful and professional especially since I'd made a mistake and booked a smoking room and they happily changed it to non-smoking without any fuss. The room was your typical business style, small yet functional and had everything I needed, plus lovely green & white stripped robes. Great location, comfortable bed, lovely hot shower and very clean.

The hotel was exceptional as expected, The floor was clean and we can only walk bare foot around the building. The quality of the food (breakfast and noodles) were very good and totally worth it. There were a lot of high quality food available for breakfast. The public bath was small but there were all the facilities needed. The sauna and cold water bath were perfect after a long day of travel. The rooms were larger that expected and could fit two fully opened large luggages easily. The rooms were cozy and the single beds were very large and comfortable. It was near the Sendai station and the large shopping street so it was very convenient. One of the best hotel chain and will definitely book this chain of hotel when it is available.

This is a beautifully preserved old house, yet equipped with modern air conditioning, bathroom, and kitchen facilities. The space is clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a garden and a traditional storehouse. It’s not suitable for a rushed one-night stay — ideally, you should spend 2 to 3 days here to truly experience the architecture and lifestyle of the old house. The building itself is of historical value, and its previous owners have interesting stories. Simply put, you can think of this place as a small museum.
