Friendly staff, quiet location, all the amenities you may need. Neat system for the bath use. Enjoyed our 2 night stay and fresh pastries in the morning. Although they don’t serve food, there is a chance to purchase quick meals / ramen pots. There is also a Lawsons about 15-20 min walk away.

The host was so charming and thoughtful! We had a great chat, he showed me around the property and told me about centuries-old trees nearby. He also prepared hot spring bath for my arrival which absolutely made my evening. The area was very quiet, I could hear crickets and see the stars. I basically had the property to myself because other guests changed plans due to the typhoon. But even if the house was full, I wouldn't feel cramped: the room was spacious, and the shared spaces are also quite big. The host also gave me a ride to the station.

Our vacation in Japan was filled with nice people but the owner of this house was the nicest and friendliest in the whole country. We really felt so welcome and everything was made available to us to make our stay wonderful.
