The house was exceptionally big and beautiful. It had this traditional feel to it, but also had newly renovated kitchen, bath and even a small sauna! There was more than enough space for 6 adults, all of the necessary amenities, kitchen tools and tableware. The hosts were also super nice. We used the barbecue in the shed to cook tasty burgers.

A warm welcome from friendly and professional staff who provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. Reception very kindly waived the fee one hour after check-out and called a taxi to the airport on their own initiative. We needed emergency accommodation after our flight was cancelled at boarding. It was about a 30 min taxi from Narita International Airport. We were greeted by a young man close to midnight who welcomed us and got us settled. The home is a beautiful traditional residence, located in the countryside, with basic necessities provided. Unfortunately we didn’t have the opportunity to explore the area as we had to return to catch a rescheduled flight the next morning, but a wonderful experience. Personal transportation would be beneficial for longer stays.

The reasonably priced hotel yet the room is much bigger and comfortable. The hotel building is next to the onsen, public bath was a huge bonus! A few restaurants and cafe within the building. What was amazing was there was a proper bus station with a waiting room/seats that loops between tokyo central area and the hotel, direct bus is available!!

My family arrive Narita late at night and wanted to travel by car in the morning because the children were tired. I called the hotel and we got two rooms which was very comforting. I loved the wooden bath tub and was able to relax. It was very nice.
