The younger front desk clerk was very nice. He works a lot. It’s a very simple and cheap place to sleep for a night.

The breakfast was included and was excellent every morning with staff always on hand and attentive. Food was also varied each morning. Hotel was spotless and staff were very helpful.

Location is the best you can ask for in Sagami-ono, right above the shops and station. Facilities are good for short to medium stays with washing machine and microwave available. Good size rooms for Japan, felt very comfortable. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Also the spa on the 14th floor was fantastic for a relaxing massage!

Cozy little lofted rooms. Common area with tea and coffee. Owner was kind enough to give us a partial refund as one of our guests was under 1 (wasn't expecting that) and also let us have an umbrella as it was raining and we did not have one. Everything was very clean and tidy looking.
