The hotel was close to the train station, and had a 7-11 right next door that could be accessed without even leaving the hotel. The room was spacious, with a large selection of amenities. The hotel staff was very helpful and polite. The onsen was very enjoyable.Their breakfast buffet had many options, and I was happy to find a selection of local dishes.

The room is very clean, spacious and comfortable for our family of four. Kids love the bean bags, the little swing, the big projector screen and switch game. The design of the room is very nice and homey feel. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re back to Sapporo. The location is not in central Sapporo. Fantastic front desk staff, very warm, friendly and welcoming with lovely smiles. They speak fluent English and are great with kids, my kids love the Halloween treats. Housekeeping staff are also fabulous at their job and very warm and friendly. The breakfast buffet staff are wonderful, super helpful and always welcoming with a smile, they look after our family very well. Facilities are great, I love the public bath, gym and enjoy brekkie with my families in the morning.
