Arabella Suites' location blew us off especially with the amenities around it. It is a well done and cozy property, very clean and welcoming, comes highly recommended. This is the real home away from home. Jacque was kind and warm, pays attention to details and our needs, very respectful yet resourceful and willing to help us whenever we sought advise. The staff was incredibly welcoming and a complete joy to interact with. They were genuinely friendly and always a step ahead in checking on our needs.     Jacqui is such a welcoming host. I liked the flat location and comfort. It was a great gateway to my long trip. The Gallery Mall is very close, with great facilities to pick up cash, or food, or even visit a health food shop.

    We were met on arrival by Naomy who was very friendly and helpful. The location was close to tourist attractions - Giraffe Centre, Karen Blixen Museum. Bomas of Kenya. It was in a gated community so felt safe.
