This is a beautiful hotel - a real retreat. I love the old buildings and the trees. The two pools are both gorgeously landscaped and the fans by the daybeds are a great touch in the heat of the day. The staff are fantastic, very welcoming and attentive. There's a wonderful breakfast made to order, and a small spa with a very professional and skilled masseuse. Everything you could want in a hotel.

And it's nice to work out in the open air on the 9th floor. Nice affordable restaurant with a great view (although the street food is crazy good and crazy cheap). Spacious rooms.

Good location and wifi. Good sized bedroom and bathroom. Bed, linens, and pillows were comfortable enough. Clean bedroom and bathroom. I appreciate that there is a wall separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom so it doesn't get wet. Good water pressure and temperature. Friendly and helpful staff. They arranged a day tour in the city and a bus to our next city for us at a cheaper price than advertised on many reputable internet websites. The restaurant served good food at an affordable price. Nice pool.

The hotel is very clean hotel with a beautiful swimming pool. The staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel is located within walking distance from the royal palace, pagoda and night market. Good location for national museum and Palace. Close to good coffee shop 'Browns' which we enjoyed. Staff were very friendly and helpful with anything that we needed. Generous wardrobe and drawer space, ample workspace/desk. Roof-top swimming pool. Laundry inexpensive, though up to 36 hours than 24 hours return. Good choice of foreign television satellite channels, including YouTube. Mostly polite staff, though mutual comprehensibility issues.
