I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with all the essentials I needed—comfortable bed, fresh linens, and good air conditioning. What really stood out was the staff. They were polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with directions and local recommendations. The location was also very convenient. Ocean pearl Cottage is a place where you can feel right at home. The owners do everything possible to fulfil your needs and wishes, may it be for meals or drinks or organisation of trips. The Place is very quiet, clean and located in a Small Street just a Couple of Minutes walk away from the Ocean. the Beach is amazingly clean, long and has a Turtle Conservation project close by. I really enjoyed staying in Ahungalla at Oceans pearl for a couple of days and will definitely be back.

Greeted on arrival and let in to room. Welcome drink and cold towel was lovely. Staff at Villa Nilnara are amazinbgh. Super helpful. Breakfast was amazing. All cooked fresh on the premises. Room was very comfortable. plenty of space. There was a weird entrance area shared by the room above and they wanted to use our terrace area for coming in and out which was odd. So we had a word and they got funny about it. we weren't using their balcony upstairs!! Close to the beach. easy to get an uber and get around to Galle, Bentotam Balapitiya. Great partying in Haikkaduwa for new years. Big shout to Ranga who was super helpful throughout our holiday. Really made a huge difference.

Sometimes when you travel you get fortunate and you pick a place like Sri Lankashire. Beautiful building big clean rooms great breakfast but the highlight are the owners Wasanthi and Nisanthi. Almost everything! The whole family made our stay incredible, felt a bit like being around your own family. -Food is healthy and home cooked every single day, breakfast is amazing. There’s too much option to choose from. Baba, our day to day server, even jumped up to climb trees to get us some fresh coconuts. -Room is immaculate, you won’t find any dust and they clean everyday. It’s a nice feeling coming home from a day trip. We found almost no mosquitoes or insects at all. -Shower, it can be really hot shower above 8 o’clock in the morning, try to take your shower early. We enjoyed our outdoor shower, birds chirping and the river behind the property makes it really sound idyllic. -Location, it’s a bit in the middle of nowhere (which we enjoy), but you can easily access the road and the beach within 10 mins, and they provide tuk tuk (or car) to transfer to the nearest beach which is handy. - Staff! Shout out to Roshana, Baba, and Ishuru to name a few! Amazing people and very good at they do. The family provides recommendations for trips all around the country. They literary took us everyone, which we found super convenient and well priced. Overall, we were super impressed by this little gem!

    Our stay at Abu Bay was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the stay. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and well-appointed. What truly sets this hotel apart is its stunning location. Surrounded by a private beach cove! Waking up to breathtaking views of the ocean was an absolute treat. Our stay will be truly memorable!

    Absolutely stunning location, beautiful rooms with sea views, great breakfast and very friendly staff (especially Sahan who went above and beyond). A real hidden gem that I would definitely return to! I would also recommend visiting the near by turtle sanctuary.

    We loved the Villa 826 Ahungalla. The room was very clean and had a comfortable bed. Had a amazing bathroom with hot water and great shower. Great location, few minutes from the beach. It is very long and so beautiful. Owner was very kindly, friendly and helpful with everything. Breakfast also very delicious and had a very tasty sri lankan items and homemade by family. Highly recommended!
