We were welcomed very nicely by the owners in their home in Kandy next to the jungle, we shared great moments around a cup of tea. The place was really calm and charming and at the same time you could go in the city in 15-20 minutes by foot which was great. The room was comfortable and spacious enough for 3 persons. The fan was enough to have a cold enough room to sleep.

I had an AMAZING stay here! Maybe my favourite hotel that I stayed in during my trip to Sri Lanka. The rooms were immaculately clean and the staff were fantastic. Gorgeous modern rooms with lots of space and no noise from neighbouring rooms. Absolutely amazing I wish I could have stayed longer!

We had an unforgettable experience at Blue Waters Edge Kandy. The view of the river was absolutely breathtaking, and the whole place felt peaceful and relaxing. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable with luxury touches—plus the AC worked perfectly, which was a big plus. The food was so delicious, and the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended
