Friendly staff willing to go the extra mile. Organised our safari for us, made special meals for my fussy eater kids and were just awesome in every way. Do yourselves a favour and stay and this beautiful hotel. They will do everything to make sure you enjoy your stay. From making sure you are conformable in your room to giving you advice on where to enjoy a meal (or preparing one for you at the hotel)

The best place in thissamharama is A very quiet environment and an neat and clean garden .. Good hospitality.. Staff was very friendly. The provided everything we needed... It's very close to thissamharama town. We are going to sithulpauwa and katharagama. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. They have a massive restaurant. The food was delicious and refreshing. It's highly recommend for a stay in thissamharama

This is the most beautiful hotel we have been to in Sri Lanka. The hotel is beautifully situated, right by the lake, sitting on the terrace you can watch the sunset while having a delicious dinner (the best food we have ever eaten). The hotel is decorated with taste and class, spacious rooms, with a modern but related to the place decor. The family room we occupied is basically an apartment with two separate, beautifully decorated rooms and a spacious bathroom. It is spotlessly clean and smells beautiful. Very friendly staff and a very nice and helpful owner. We regret that we could only stay one night. We recommend it, because the place is really extraordinary!

The Best Hospitality We Ever Had They were in touch with us since the day we booked their accommodation. Host picked us from bus stop when we arrived to city. In the evening owner joined with us for a evening walk. He brought us to a place to see more than thousand fruit bats in the evening by their own vehicle. On the way back we went to see a very rare owl at a secret place. They offered us all of these free of charge and when we leaving they dropped us to the bus station also. The hospitality was amazing and the best hospitality we ever had. Absolutely they are doing more than a five stars hotel. The price also very reasonable and we couldn't understand how they offer such a service for a very cheap price. For the dinner also owner dropped us to main city by their vehicle. About the room it was very clean There is a beautiful garden with lots of flowers and fishes The place is ideal for bird lovers. Located infront of a beautiful lake with beautiful flowers. Could see crocodile also in the lake. They offered us a super fresh juice when we arrived. Again a black coffee in the evening. They packed our breakfast for the safari at 4 am. It was very helpful. We did a safari with hotel. e had the best guide and driver. He gave us lots of information about the park and animals. They recommended us the full day safari and we did. It was a correct decision. We were lucky to see two leopards and all other animals. We had a very delicious Sri Lankan Rice and Curry for the lunch with fresh fruits. Unfortunately the prices of entrance tickets increased by government few months ago. But we understood it's out of control by host and safari service. Absolutely they are the best for safari. This is the best hotel and kindful hosts we alever met on our tour.

We had an unforgettable experience! The hosts were incredibly kind and friendly, truly deserving of a 10+. The room was spotless and the bed was super comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The dinner that was included was absolutely delicious, and we savored every bite. We felt like we were in paradise during our stay, surrounded by beauty and tranquility. The hosts even provided bicycles, which allowed us to explore the area at our own pace. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We have been three couples of friends and we have enjoyed an experience that we will never forget. Its location is perfect to enjoy nature, the environment, and its proximity to the entrance of the Yala National Park. The rooms are magnificent, everything is well taken care of, the food is excellent and all the staff are dedicated to making the stay very pleasant. The BBQ party was awesome. Thanks to Jayakodiy and all his team for this wonderful stay.

    All the staff were amazing - nothing was too much trouble. The pool was really lovely and the breakfast was fabulous. The river side location is quiet and beautiful with a swing down by the water. The safari to Yala we booked with the hotel was well-organised and again, our driver went to a great deal of trouble to ensure we had an excellent experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.

    Great location on a big block of land next to a lake that had water buffalo in the afternoon. Nice pool to cool off in, the room was tidy with a/c and fan that worked well. The staff could not do enough for you and the highlight was the prepared meals, delicious food and large serves at a very cheap price. We also did a Yala safari from there which was organised by the manager Dilipa where we saw heaps of wildlife including a leopard and bear. We loved our stay and highly recommended it.

    It was a great location In front of Thissa Lake. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We just spent only one night. It was really comfortable. Budget air conditioned lager rooms available. It was very clean and well maintained. I will definitely choose this place again. In the morning the sun was amazing with a lake view. They have a restaurant and a well balanced menu including kids items also. Highly recommend this place
