Very good location right on the water. You are in a good spot , five min walk to either Monte Carlo Casino or more shopping / food. Restaurants within a rocks throw as well. Very nice staff.

Newly restored apartment. Fully equiped: refigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, all types of utensils. Very comfortable. I went on a business trip and was out most of the day, but it was a nice apartment to come back to at night. There are numerous shops nearby and also a Carrefour. The heating is good. I was there in mid January and we had some cold days, but it was warm inside the apartment.

Location was quite central and very easy to get to and get to the main sites. The instructions were very easy to follow to get the keys and private secure entrance so it felt very safe. The property was as advertised and ideal for our short weekend with everything we could of needed. I would definitely recommend this property for a stay in Monte Carlo. The communication with the host was friendly and easy and always got fast responses when I had some questions.

Everything. The location being right on the water with a view of the entire city and the unique aspect of this stay is the only way to see Monaco. Everyone Samir and Oliver was so responsive and helpful with any questions and communication of information. We had a rental car and greatly helped us with parking as well. We also previously requested to go out on the boat and it was a magical time that was a highlight for us. We had a family of 4 and it was very comfortable to sleep. Just being bug spray for mosquitos. We are so thankful for this stay!!!

    You could not ask for a better location, right on the port, close by bus stops from and to Nice airport as well as local services. It is a walk-up - there may be a lift / elevator but I never saw it. Walkable to all points in Monaco (assuming you don't mind the hills - remember to use the ascenseurs publiques). No view to speak of but not a deal killer for me, I prefer the privacy compared to a hotel. Wifi worked, sofa and bed were comfy. Aircon worked great. Extremely well appointed kitchenette.
