It's an amazing place, with all the amenities you need, there's a public pool and kids play area in the building, along with free parking, check in and check out was hassle free. There are local markets nearby if you go left from the main road, and on the right local restaurants, it's also reasonably close to George town if you have your own car. Our stay was peaceful and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Great location, close to wall painting street and Kimberly night market. So nice host of hospitality helps us a lot. The room with high ceiling gives us space for luggage, pretty good! The villa is amazing! Location wise it is close to the centre and all famous food spots are walkable. The food stalls outside the villa is also awesome. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We spent a fun time playing congkak together. The staff also allowed late check out due to our flight delay. We had a private bathroom to ourselves, which is a treat. Please note some other rooms may have your bathroom outside of your room. In general, we are very satisfied and happy with our room. Will definitely come back next time!!

It is new and I got a pretty spacious room at a very good price. The owner who I chatted with and the manager were friendly. Though we shared bathrooms there were five of them on the floor, so it is OK. The location is also very good; the hotel is near Chew Getty and Komtar Bus Terminal.
