Shekhar is a special person that has created a special place for travellers to come together, share and find a likeminded community which this place seems to attract. On arrival I felt immediately at peace as it feels like home and has the best energy. Shekhar is very generous with sharing his time to show guests around the hidden gems of Bhaktapur and knowledge of Nepali and Newari culture. Staying here wasn’t just a place to sleep, it was an experience of getting to really know the city and Nepali way of life. Staying here also reminded me of the important things in life - good company, community, music, spirituality, art, food, learning and exploring. It was one of the highlights of two months travelling Nepal which speaks volumes :)

Very friendly and kind family running the homestay. We tried their homemade tongba and the flavour was great. The food we ordered (veg thali) was exceptional. The view is beautiful. The area is great for hiking. If im in Nagarkot I would definitely stay here again. Dont forget to take some biscuits for the dogs and chickens.

Jungle Crown Organic Homestay is like a home to us in Nagarkot. Keshav and his family treat us with utmost care and hospitality. They are very considerate about our needs and even go extra mile to accommodate us always since we arrived straight from the airport. ☺️ More so, Nagarkot Suspension bridge and waterfalls are all nearby, very convenient for us to hike anytime of the day. Staying at Namaste Bhaktapur Homestay was an unforgettable experience! The family truly cares about you and makes sure you feel like part of their home. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and looked after with genuine kindness. The room was the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in, with a super comfortable bed, tasteful furnishings, and a spotless bathroom that had everything I needed. It was clear that every detail was prepared with care to make guests feel comfortable. The whole place was wonderfully quiet, which made it easy to relax and enjoy my time. The homestay is located in the best spot in Bhaktapur, which I believe is the most beautiful place in the whole valley. During my stay, I was lucky enough to join the wonderful Gai Jatra celebrations, a truly special cultural experience that I will never forget. They have the best rooftop in the city, and I enjoyed breathtaking views over Bhaktapur and of the mountains in the distance. I am thankful to the family for hosting me with such warmth. Without a doubt, I will come back here again on my next visit. A perfect stay that I highly recommend to everyone!

A Stunning Property in Bhaktapur! Hotel Yechu is truly one of the finest properties in Bhaktapur. While it is a little farther from Durbar Square, the breathtaking architecture makes it well worth the visit. Though we didn’t get the chance to stay this time, the ambiance and design left a lasting impression. I will definitely choose to stay here on my next visit. Without a doubt, the best property in Bhaktapur!

I love the egg fried rice. very nice boss and the family. The girl speaks excellent English and is studying in college. I see her textbook is in English. The view is so widely opened from the lodge. we all love the stay. and the bed sheet is very comfortable.
