I had a very nice and spacy room with large windows and view. The place is quiet and perfect for relaxation, and still close to shops and restaurants. It is just next door to Asura Cave. I enjoyed the great hospitality of the owner/ the family at New Years Eve. My best recommendations.

The family hotel is a very confortable place to take a deep rest in the nature of Pharping. Not so far from the crowded center of Kathmandou, Pharping seems to be another world! The hotel feels so clean and has an air of relaxation about it. The family showed great hospitality, made delicious food, and we were even lucky to be invited to a dinner party with their friends and family. It was delightful to meet their elder son Sagar, who was also extremely hospitable, was a very interesting partner for conversation, speaks great English, and answered many of our questions and explained many things about Nepal that nobody else was able to explain to us on this trip.
