The internet connection is very strong, making it perfect for work or personal use. A special mention goes to Abdullah Ghanem, who was extremely professional, polite, and always smiling and cheerful. The hotel is very nice, everything was clean, bed was super comfy and big. The staff is very kind and helpful. We did not try the shuttle bus and the breakfast, so I cannot rate these. Also, the location is good - around 15 minutes drive to haram and 10 minutes drive to the mall of Mecca. Around you can find one little grocery shop and a few restaurants.
