The staff were wonderful and very helpful - their English was also fantastic. The food was exceptional. The location was just far enough out of Kranj to be very peaceful and with a bus service just outside, it was very easy to get in and out of town and also to Ljubljana. I would highly recommend Hisa Ales.

Excellent accomodation conditions. Very good communication with the host. The room was very nice, very bright and fully equiped. Strong wi-fi. Located a bit outside the city center area, however easily reachable by car and/or public transport: BUS 14, only 5 min walk from the location.

Simply an extraordinary experience. The hotel is greatly situated, beautifully furnished, you feel very well there. Room was big and comfortable, wifi very quick what is not common usually in other hotels. The parking is big and the garden is a great place to relax near river. Breakfast was excellent, you can find there everything what need for great breakfast. Per wish the owner prepares you eggs of your choice. My wife has food allergy and the owner didn't hesitate a second to try to get her everything she can eat. All the food is in high quality and high cleanness is everywhere. The last but not least tribute goes to the owner - they made us feel like at home. A very friendly couple who run the hotel from their hearts. Thank you for your hospitality and friendliness! We will definitely come back :-) It is worth to visit the beautiful Skofja Loka and hotel Zamorc as well.

The hotel is in a quiet place, newly renovated, great host that took great care of us and was available for all our needs. Breakfast was great. It’s a bit out of Ljubljana but that’s a plus. Nearby lake is nice to see and it’s peaceful and quiet yet near to Ljubljana by car. Rooms are small, but really nice. Doors can be opened with a code so you can check in anytime.

    It was very peaceful. I love the location. The staff were so nice and friendly. Love the room we got. It is so good for family with children or solo or a friend group of even couples. It is quiet and you can get a really good experience. Highly recommend.

    This is a perfect place to stay in Slovenia, beautiful and quiet place! Good location! Ljubljana, Kranj and Bled are not far away. Excellent hotel with very clean and very comfortable room with large bed! The staff was very kind. I can just recommend this hotel.

    Excellent location, near highway and in the middle of Sliovenia. Very clean, spacious and airy rooms with excellent value foe money. Staff attentivness to our requests. Good choice of breakfast. We also used the restaurant in the evening and food was always genuine and very good.

    Location is great for going on a day trips to Ljubljana,Bled,Kranj.Everything is close enough.Village itself is really nice for a walk.Hotel is peaceful,very clean.Breakfast is nice.Our room was very spacious.
