The location is great, a quiet street, but super close to the main attractions. The staff is extremely nice and helpful - you can really feel that they are ready to go extra mile for the comfort of the guests. They gave us a lot of tips for places to eat and also presented us with a small cake as it was a birthday of one of the guests. The room is also quite clean and comfortable, the bed was great.

Brand new hotel, so everything was clean and in immaculate condition. Very friendly and polite personel that catered for all our needs (thank you Mustafa). All of them speak English, something that is not so common in Istanbul. The whole hotel smells perfectly, they occasionally spray a discreet perfume everywhere, the swimming pool and its jacuzzi are great after a walking day in the city, very clean and relaxing. The spa area is also perfectly clean. In the hotel there is a nice confectionery MADO, open till late. The hotel is next to Metro 2 Istanbul and in close distance to Tram 1 that takes you to the centre of the town. The area although central is not congested but is at at the same time very safe at night. All in all we are totally satisfied and we would totally recommend this hotel.
