Our experience at this apartment in Istanbul was truly fantastic! The location was great, and the apartment was comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay — but what really made the difference was the manager, Mansur. Mansur was always available, incredibly friendly, and genuinely helpful without ever being even the slightest bit intrusive. His warm and professional manner made us feel welcome from the very beginning. Whether it was local recommendations, assistance with transportation, or just making sure we were enjoying our time, he consistently went above and beyond — always with a kind smile. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and thoughtful. Thanks to Mansur, we felt completely supported throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be coming back — and we wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone!

Our flight got delayed and we reached the apartment around 1:00am. The host was kind enough to show us around and give appropriate instructions, was reachable over whatsapp. Host was reachable and very responsive, helped with lots of things even after we left, he was kind enough to sort out a pending issue. Highly recommended especially if you are travelling with kids, very clean property, good living space indoor and an amazing host.

Honestly I had a really great stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, close to everything and super easy to get around. The breakfast was really nice and the rooftop view where we had breakfast was amazing! The place was super clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.
