We liked the warm welcome from the hosts and staff. The property is not on the beach but access is easy by walking through the village. The property restaurant is managed by an Italian chef, the food is excellent. It’s next level to what we find in the area. We had diner for the four nights of our stay!. Jambiani is a nice quiet beach.

I can't say enough good things about this place! Perfectly situated and beautifully decorated. The staff are all incredibly friendly and attentive. The food is excellent, the best we've ever tasted on Zanzibar. This place is amazing. A gorgeous setting next to the beach. The room is very spacious and clean (with daily cleaning). The included breakfast was delicious and the lunch and dinner options in the restaurant were great too. Last but not least: all the staff is super friendly and helpful. Wonderful Vacation Days in a Great Accommodation I had the pleasure of spending a fantastic vacation here. The accommodation was not only beautifully located but also very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful – I felt welcome from the very beginning. Whenever I had questions, both the owner and the staff were always there to assist me. The location was simply perfect! There were many restaurants and bars nearby, and the hotel is right by the sea – ideal for daily swimming and relaxing. The food was another highlight: freshly prepared every day and absolutely delicious. What I especially loved is that this accommodation is perfect for everyone – whether you’re traveling as a family, solo, or with friends, you’ll feel right at home. The rooms are also aesthetically designed and very cozy. Another great aspect was the help with planning daily excursions. The host assisted me in organizing my day, and everything was arranged professionally and smoothly. I felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend this accommodation!

The view is awesome! There are several places in the hotel to relax and enjoy the journey. The rooms are very beautiful and the service is excellent! The staff were very nice and caring. We tried a lot of plates from the menu and all of them were delicious, big thanks to the chef 🙏. All the team was always welcoming us with the smile.

Very good location, few steps (maybe 50 m or even less) from the beach, with their own restaurant ( very nice and cosy) on the beach, where you can leave your things and go to the sea. The food is good, for breakfast a lot of different things. The outdoor space is decorated in very nice tropic style with a pool and lot of palm trees and with nice artistic details. The rooms are big and also very nice with a lot of natural light, great bed and very clean. The staff and the owner are very professional and helpful. I had a really terrible sea sickness one day and the owner responded immediately with some medicine and offered to take me to the doctor if I needed. Luckily the medicine helped. Also some restaurants and small stores just few steps from the lodge and you can go for a walk even in the evening. The village is quiet. Locals are very friendly and I felt totally safe despite the fact that I travelled solo. I would warmly recommend this beautiful place to everyone!

We had such a great stay at Kobe House. Our rooms were great (apartment and balcony room) and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I had a good amount of hanging space in the apartment and the fridge was awesome. The breakfast does vary a bit which was nice and you can have leftovers in the afternoon by the pool as a little snack. Ibrahim always brought us something, also a coconut once. Without asking I was given a bigger pillow and Maryam even got up our last morning at 3am and saw us off. Also thanks again to Kevin for sorting out a light problem in my room without me having to move. We felt well looked after. I'd definitely stay at Kobe house again.

The accommodation is very stylish and has a great atmosphere. We also appreciated the constant presence of the security guard at the entrance. There is a spacious and clean swimming pool on site, the sea is a pleasant 10-minute walk away. An ideal place for a longer relaxing stay. Very pleasant and helpful staff, the owner is also on site and it is clear that he takes good care of the area. We appreciated the wide range of vegetarian dishes. Especially when compared to other accommodation in Zanzibar, this offer was certainly the widest.
