Hank is an the best at his job. He was very courteous and truly cared about your needs and experience. He was very knowledgeable about the area and places that are a must see when visiting. The lodges were amazing. We booked the studio, but upon arrival were upgraded to the 2 bed lodge with a private hot tub - it was amazing. All appliances and cookware was brand new and there were plenty of towels on hand. It was clean, perfectly located close to restaurants and grocery store and we had no issues. Only caveat was that there were no oven pans to cook with, luckily we just made due with the stove, but nothing a simple foil grocery pan couldn’t fix if need be.

Condo is well maintained and was the nicest of several mid-range properties we’ve rented in the area. Great space for a family, with three separate sleeping spaces, and having the extra bathroom was awesome. Tasteful decor. Towels and bedding were plush and thoughtful amenities were provided, like snacks, face wash, and lotion. The pots/pans were in great condition - so rare! As a bonus, the pricing we got on this stay was really great.
