I dont know where to start...Sophie (who I had the most interaction with) was so incredibly kind and helped me navigate around Kennebunkport to all the hidden gems. Breakfast was prepared every morning and Robert was very nice as well. I loved every second of my stay and would 100% return.

The room was exceptionally clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Loved that there was access to coffee, tea, hot chocolate and infused water. They had beach chairs for everyone for free in a first come, first basis’.

    What a delight, Beautiful location right on the waterfront and old-world feel to this hotel resort. Very family friendly with many families and small children when we visited which did not bother us at all. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices and quality was excellent. Food in the pool bar was average, but staff service made up for this. Lovel, safe very quaint hotel perfectly situated for walks to little town and bike riding around the neighbourhood. Our room was lovely.

    we booked it as a sleepover location on our way to acadia national park from NYC. it would be great to go back there again: nice cute city of kennebunkport just 10 minutes away, great breakfast, very clean rooms and pool.

    Sophie at the front desk was very helpful and informative. I felt very welcomed. The location is ideally set as close to Cape Porpoise and just a few miles from Kennebunk. The grounds, the salt water pool and the facilities in general are kept in tip top shape- making it a hotel far preferable to others in the area
