Easy access, you can stop in front of the hotel with car for check in. Room very clean and well designed. Very confortable. Good amenities and slippers in room. The hotel is just 15 km from Andorra La Vella, and there is free on-site parking. The Ordino-Arcalís ski station is just over 4 km away. I really loved the dinner, is probably the best dinner we ever had in a hotel in Andorra (And we´ve been in plenty). Breakfast very good too. Staff super friendly in reception and restaurant.

The location is great, in the shopping street, short (10-15 min) walk to “the old town” and 5 minutes to Caldea spa. We also enjoyed the restaurant a lot, delicious food (we had breakfast and dinner there). The room facilities and comfort are everywhere you would except from a 5* hotel, very large and comfortable bed, clean and soundproof. We had an excellent experience and we will definitely be back to this hotel.

Low-key manager, was there when needed and nice overall. Comfortable beds for 4 adults(1 king + 2 twins) with 2 additional bunk beds, ideal for large family but would not recommend 4person family plus 2 adult friends, there isn't enough privacy for that. The views are great as well.
