Janet was so lovely. -location is perfect in my opinion because it is in a quiet street but very close to all the main restaurants and the miraflores park nearby. -room is as the photos presented, nothing fancy, but very comfortable and clean. All that we needed. -wifi was good. -AC works well. -shower pressure was good.

The hotel and rooms were modern and clean. The bathroom had all the amenities required, including small bottle shampoos and body lotion. The staff were friendly and were willing to help out with group requests. Carmen, who I spoke to on the reservation team, as well as the hotel staff went above and beyond to help facilitate pre-payment and ensure different parties of our group could check in immediately. The breakfast spread was incredible, the food was very fresh and delicious, and you can also request for an omelette with various ingredients with the kitchen. If you have an early start to the day, you can also request a breakfast to-go.
