I like the location and the landscaped yard. there is a lot of parking space. it is also peaceful and quiet and in the evening you have a wonderful sunset that you saw from our balcony

Great location in the old town with many restaurants less than 5 minute walk and less than 10 minutes walk to the town beaches. Albert, Emma and their family were great hosts, even moving their car so we could park in their space. Albert also has some great stories! The complimentary coffee on arrival and bottle of wine was a lovely touch and the bed was really comfortable and the room stocked with everything you could need. The star of the show has to be the amazing room terrace which is a lovely place to watch the sunset!

Stop searching! This is the place to be for the perfect holiday in Ulcinj! The breakfast was amazing and the host is like family! Right in the heart of old town, surrounded by excellent restaurants. The beton beach just below is incredible, perfect place for sunset.

It's run by a very nice family. The facilities were excellent and it's in a good location within walking distance of the beach, bars, shops and restaurants. The room we stayed in had a sea view and view of ghe old town from the veranda

Peaceful hotel with incredible view. The olive trees surrounding the property give your stay a nostalgic feeling, with zero noise from the city, and you can stargazing from one of the hammocks. Delicious generous breakfast every morning from the best spot in the property, facing the sea. Owners and staff are very friendly and welcoming. They helped us from the very beginning and never let us down. Big plus, it's pet friendly!

We have been in many acommodations and I want to say that we were very impressed and satisfied with this acommodation. Definitely one of the best places we have visited, even the best one considering the price. The place was exceptional with an amazing view from the balcony, where we saw the most amazing sunset. Everything was very clean, and had a cosy feel 10/10 for that! Hosts are very nice people, friendly and we look forward to seeing them again!
