I was staying in Nine hours Suidobashi and Shinjuku last September. Compare that brunch, and highly recommend Ningyocho. 1. Have a Spare place locker and shower floor. : Another brunch tiny space so when packing and opening luggage is very hard. Here so comfortable. 2. Easy access metro: Tokyo station, Ueno, Narita, and other main visit areas access is so easy.

1. Very close to Shin-Okubo station, which is very convenient, close to very popular Shinjuku district, a lot of popular attractions are in walkable distance from the place, 7-11, Family market are super close as well. 2. The staff spoke English a bit, I’ve never struggled about communication with them. Very polite and kind. 3. The place is very clean: they can change your bedclothes everyday, the showers were also fresh and clean, had body soap, shampoo, conditioner, the common area as well (if you also clean after yourself). 4. The capsule itself was quite spacious. I’m 167 cm tall, it’s was comfortable to sit, lay down, you don’t feel like you are in a box. Air conditioning and temperature was good enough. 5. Free coffee, tea, some juices. They give also for free pijama, soft slippers, towels, toothbrushes. You’ll get also a locker which can fit the medium sized suitcase and have a room to hang on your clothes and separate section for shoes. You can also storage some important things at the reception in different locker. 6. You can (read: need) leave your keycard at the front desk in order to prevent loosing it, which I highly recommend to do (one my friend lost it and the fine was huge). 7. There is a washing machine (600 yen for 1 load, 2 hours) which is also a good option if you have smth to wash, laundry detergent will be added automatically. There is also a drying option.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in Tokyo, and I'm looking forward to staying again in the future. Everything was clean, the staff was exceptionally nice and the place was very comfy. This hotel made me feel at home and safe even when I was so far away and traveling solo for the first time. It's about 6 minutes walking from Shinbashi station. The capsule floor was very hot on the first week and very cold on the second, but ask the staff nicely and they can change the temperature for you, just remember to tell them which floor you're in as temperature is different in each. The staff changed the temperature and gave me an additional blanket. 🫶🏻 Pillow was a bit too hard and thick but that's my personal preference. There's restrooms on each floor, these are separated in cubicles in a big area, there's like 8. Outside the restroom, you'll find an area for you to do your hair and makeup. There are also hair straighteners and curlers. The showers are in a shared space where the artificial hotspring is, but there's also one with a curtain if you need more privacy. The hotspring is amazing and they're okay with tattoos which is a plus! In the bath area, you'll also find hair and skin products for you to use for free, as well as other products like cotton swabs, hair combs, ties, etc. There are also face steamers and massage chairs. Overall, this hotel has a wonderful vibe, and it made me feel very feminine! You'll find more freebies in the lounge area such as rice, miso soup, sodas, coffee, ice cream, and you get curry for breakfast. All free of charge. And you can make friends there!

It is budget friendly, but the baths and toilets were clean. The sleeping space was enough considering a capsule hotel and the fellow room mates were really considerate and well behaved making the stay really good. The staff were friendly and able to communicate in English adequately.

Room area, compared to some other capsule hotels, is quite well-lit and ventilated, and doesn't have any musty smell. 4. Cheap breakfast (500 JPY only)

Conveniently placed, women-only capsule hotel near Akiba station. The capsules are good if a bit too warm, but there’s lots of bathrooms dotted around the building and a downstairs lounge for eating. No microwave, but there’s boiling water and vending machines. The downstairs shower room has laundry machines (both washer and dryer) and pyjamas are included as part of the linen. Everything gets changed every day (you can’t opt out) and they clean the place from 10-4 so you can’t hang out during the day.

    1. No daily check out when staying more than one night = can stay and leave belongings in the capsule 2. Clean and modern facilities 3. Private shower rooms (some Japanese capsule hotels only have public bath that everyone goes in naked) 4. Bathrooms and lockers are conveniently located on the same floor near all the capsules (some capsule hotels have them on separate floors) 5. Friendly fellow foreign travelers 6. Near a train station (but a small one so not that may train lines pass)
