For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.

Amazing serene location and the cabin was just fantastic. Surprisingly well equipped, shower facilities were an added bonus. The cabin itself was really warm and cosy, beds were really comfortable, and cleverly laid out. We were travelling as a group of 4.

Excellent location in the middle of the forest. The cabin was cute and very well equipped! We loved the camp fire, it was like camping but without having to sleep in a tent!!!
Marie-Line gave great recomendations and was so kind, she even lit the campfire whilst we went to get some provisions for out stay.
Breakfast was delicious and plentyful- fresh fruit, eggs, bread, butter, yoghurts, homemade jam, milk, juice…. Everything was delicious!
