The apartment was top notch with all the facilities that were needed for a comfortable stay. A special mention about Lisa the receptionist who sourced a fan for us for the room since I have claustrophobia issues. We were unable to communicate in French to our hotel reception in Chamonix so she voluntarily pitched in and sorted our issue which took her almost 25 minutes.. and she did it with a smile. So apart from the hotel being the best in Annecy it was Lisa who added that personal touch, which made our stay memorable and will love to visit again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was excellent, clean and tidy. Breakfast was continental with a French twist which we really enjoyed. Highly recommended.
