The hut was cosy and well designed with everything that I could possibly need. Looking out of my window from my bed to see Croagh Patrick was a fantastic way to start the day. The chalet was cozy and clean and well maintained, quite serene views of nature from the chalet and quite accessible location from Westport. The hut is approx. 12 min drive to Croagh Patrick car park. It is also located in a remote but wonderful and peaceful place in the fields with stunning views of the mountains, the fields with sheep and donkeys, and a nearby creek.
