The hotel provides a free shuttle service to and from Padre Aldamiz International Airport. Inkaterra Hacienda Concepcion is accessed via a 10-minute ride from the airport then a 25-minute boat ride from Puerto Maldonado port. The staff was incredible. Very Friendly and attentive. The hotel was very clean considering that you are in the middle of a jungle. All the excursions were very well organzied with knowledgeable staff.
