I would like to highlight the cordiality of the hotel team, who were always available to assist and answer all my questions. They helped me with everything from arranging airport transfers to giving tips on where to buy souvenirs in the city. A special thanks to Grace, who helped me organize tours and kindly arranged a breakfast bag for the day when my tour started before breakfast service. Be sure to do the Sunset Cruise offered by the Lodge – it's a unique experience!

Everything. The host picked us up from the border, took us in town to book some activities and do some shopping. The house is lovely with a great garden around. The rooms are big with comfortable beds. The kitchen has all the basic things a kitchen should have. Lounge room is great. The host was always available to take us places if needed (for a fee). The location is walking distance from everything as Victoria Falls is a small town.

Services were friendly, helpful and meals were delicious. Views of the bush with a pond! Sit on the front porch and see baboons, rhino, antelope, giraffe and Impala. What a treat! Will go back
