Value for money hotel with very friendly owners

The house was cozy and clean. There is a nice view. We had a lovely time. The neighbors were very friendly and peaceful, which made us feel right at home. And we especially loved the fresh vegetables from your mom's garden they were delicious! Thank you again for everything. We hope to return someday.

That is a super comfortable and cheap place to stay in Ioannina. Very clean, providing a small breakfast and had plenty of space for 2 bicycles inside. The sofa was perfect for one person to sleep on and the big bed had very nice mattress.

Nice, quite place next to the Ioanina lake. The host was very welcoming and provided in advance wonderful tips and recommendations about places to visit and check.

The service was exceptional, from the warm welcome we received upon arrival, to the genuine hospitality and eagerness to assist, which created a warm and inviting atmosphere. We particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room's design, blending contemporary style with traditional elements that reflected the local culture. The village, though small, boasted a handful of excellent restaurants showcasing the best of local flavors and ingredients. One of the highlights of our stay was the proximity to the awe-inspiring Vikos Gorge. Just a short drive away, we were able to embark on unforgettable hikes in the pristine natural beauty of the area. The hotel staff was very knowledgeable about the local trails and provided helpful recommendations, ensuring we made the most of our time there. Having a car was necessary for travel, allowing us the freedom to explore the surrounding area at our own pace. We were able to visit nearby attractions, charming villages, and picturesque viewpoints, all within a short distance from the hotel. The scenic drives through the Greek mountains were an adventure in themselves, offering breathtaking vistas. In conclusion, our three-night stay at this boutique hotel was an absolute delight. Extremely suitable place for a visit. Modernly furnished apartment meters from the city center and the old town. Free parking space provided by the owner and a lot of useful information from him to make your visit complete!

Zelinia is the perfect place to stay when you come to the Vikos Gorge and its surroundings. Beautiful views, excellent, friendly welcome, our host is the most perfect host we have ever met. :) Yes, no kitchen, shared fridge, but trust me, we didn't miss it. We drove to Monodendri in the mornings (about 5 minutes) for coffee. As we knew the area, we shopped at the supermarket in Asfaka before arriving at the accomodation, so we could always have breakfast - as we had read the description on Booking, we took plates and cutlery with us. We were on the road all day and it was always nice to arrive at the accomodation. One of us had a cold from the car air conditioning one day and our host turned on the heating at our request during the night without a word and brought tea - we are very grateful for this, we have never had such kindness on our travels. I highly recommend this accommodation!
