The transfers were great when they ran smoothly but there were times when staff didnt book out slot or my kids had to travel on their own as there was only 1 space available.the transfer drivers were just lovely, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Breakfast was fab. Overall a fantastic hotel. The spa facilities are amazing and a great way to unwind after a day of skiing. The resort bars and facilities were good, the staff were friendly and helpful. Some very good parts to the hotel but overall disappointing.
